Are you a Surveying Firm?

No. Thorpe Land Services is a specialized consultancy. We utilize public and proprietary GIS data for analysis and planning. For legal boundary determinations, we refer clients to our partner Registered Professional Land Surveyors (RPLS).

How do you verify your agents were actually on-site?

Our process server jobs include detailed tracking with attempt logs, photo documentation, and status updates. Clients can monitor job progress through our tracking system, which records service attempts, outcomes, and supporting documentation for each assignment.

Do you offer legal advice during Notary sessions?

No. As Texas Notaries Public, we are strictly prohibited from offering legal advice. Our role is to verify identity and witness signatures.

What is your service area?

Mobile Notary: Statewide (Texas). Geospatial: Statewide (Texas). Remote Notary: Worldwide (for US Citizens).

Do you offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services?

Yes. We offer Texas-authorized Remote Online Notarization (RON) services through our BlueNotary integration. RON is available for out-of-state owners, deployed military personnel, elderly in care facilities, and corporate officers. All RON sessions include secure video sessions with identity verification and digital journaling, compliant with Texas Government Code Chapter 406. For Ironwood Terminal officers, RON session management is available through the portal.

What training and resources are available for notaries?

Ironwood Terminal officers have access to the Academy, a comprehensive training program with mandatory and elective modules covering Texas and Oregon notary basics, platform training, advanced skills, business development, and compliance. The Academy includes interactive modules, quizzes, and progress tracking to ensure officers stay current with requirements and best practices.
