All notarization services are performed by licensed notaries who are independent contractors. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Founding Officer License ($99 one-time) includes: Lifetime access to Ironwood Terminal, 500 bonus Swarm Credits (Hunter Pack), Founding Officer badge on your public directory profile, and lifetime access with no recurring fees.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access to the Ironwood Field Manual and Legal Template Pack forever, even after cancellation.

You must have an active notary commission in one of our supported states (Texas, Oregon, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, California, or Nevada) to use the platform. We verify commission status through daily Gate checks.
