Incident Disclosure

This page is a public record of any deliverable that required correction after delivery, was rejected by a County Appraisal District, or contained a material error in constraint analysis, species classification, or statutory citation. Incidents are published as they occur.

Disclosure Policy

When a deliverable is found to contain an error after delivery, this page is updated with: the date of discovery, the nature of the error, the root cause, the corrective action taken, and any change to the pipeline configuration that resulted.

Errors are classified as: Material (affects statutory compliance, species classification, or constraint determination), Non-material (typographic, formatting, or presentational), or Data source (upstream data was inaccurate at time of query).

This page is not updated for pre-delivery corrections caught by the verification phase. Those are the system working as designed and are not incidents.
