Ironwood Terminal is the operating system for elite Texas notaries. Before you can access the full suite of tools, you need to complete the initialization process. This guide will walk you through each step.
Initialization Steps
Complete Stripe Payment
Start by subscribing to Ironwood Terminal. The onboarding wizard will automatically launch after your payment is processed.
Sync Commission
Enter your Texas Notary Public commission number. Terminal will verify your commission status and expiration date with the TX Secretary of State database.
Location Lock
Confirm your primary service area. This enables geofencing for compliance and helps match you with local clients.
Equipment Check
Verify you have the required supplies: notary seal, journal, and fee schedule. Optionally, upload images for verification.
Take the Oath
Review and acknowledge the notary oath. This is required for compliance and unlocks full Terminal access.
After Initialization
Once initialization is complete, you'll have access to:
- Full Terminal dashboard with customizable cards
- Daily Gate compliance checks
- Academy training modules
- Swarm client discovery (after Module 4 completion)
